How is Your 4th amendment Being Respected by Government Officials??

THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO BE SECURE IN THEIR PERSONS, HOUSES, PAPERS & ALL OTHER POSSESSIONS AGAINST UNREASONABLE SEARCHES & SEIZURES, SHALL NOT BE VIOLATED AND NO WARRANTS SHALL ISSUE, BUT UPON PROBABLE CAUSE, SUPPORTED BY OATH OR AFFIRMATION & PARTICULARLY DESCRIBING THE PLACE TO BE SEARCHED & THE PERSONS OR THINGS TO BE SEIZED.

Why is it so hard for BLM (Government Officials) to understand the definition of “Private Property” AND are they not schooled on US Citizens 4th Amendment Rights?
